Take a stroll through Rocky Mountain State Park or visit a number of attractions in the area. There is plenty to see and do. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the privacy of your condominium, or take a dip in the pool (seasonal) or Jacuzzi (year-round).

The Gatlinburg Treetop View is operated by key code; therefore, you never have to worry about losing your keys. The unit is conveniently accessible by elevator.

Housekeeping
Unit 4042 is fully equipped with towels, linens and toiletries. Cleaning and towel replacement is available on request for an additonal fee.

Private Parking
Private Parking is free during your stay with us. You must pick up a parking pass in the unit and display in your rear view mirror at all times during your stay. The Gatlinburg Treetop View is not responsible for towing.

Pool/Jacuzzi Hours
The pool (seasonal) and Jacuzzi (year-round) are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Policies
Smoking – The Gatlinburg Treetop View is a non-smoking condominium.
Pets – Pets are not allowed

A security/damage deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation.


Cancellations
If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment.
The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
